Refund policy
eturns & Exchanges Because our premium canvases and streetwear are custom-made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size choices. Please review our product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
Damages and Defective Items We take pride in our quality control. However, if your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, is misprinted, or if you receive the incorrect item, we've got your back. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a free replacement or a full refund.
To start a damage claim, please contact us at psylocat2@hotmail.com and include:
- Your order number.
- A clear photograph of the damaged item.
- A photograph of the packaging it arrived in (if damaged).
Important: Please do not mail the physical item back to any address. Once our team verifies the photo of the damage, we will process your replacement or refund immediately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. However, under EU law, this right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Since all Psylocat products are custom-printed upon order, they are exempt from this rule.
Refunds If a refund is approved due to a defective item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at psylocat2@hotmail.com.
