Production & Shipping Policy

1. Production Time Every piece of Psylocat art is custom-made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for your item to be printed, quality-checked, and packed before it is shipped.

2. Estimated Shipping Times Once dispatched from our printing facilities, estimated delivery times are:

• USA: 3 - 7 business days
• Canada, UK & Europe: 5 - 10 business days
• Rest of the World: 10 - 30 business days

Please note: Shipping times are estimates. Delays caused by postal services or extreme weather are out of our control.

3. International Customs & Duties For orders outside the USA, your local government may charge import duties or taxes. The customer is entirely responsible for paying these fees. If a package is returned to us because of unpaid customs fees, we cannot issue a refund.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows that the package was lost in transit by the carrier, we will gladly send a free replacement. However, if the tracking status shows as "Delivered" to the address you provided, Psylocat cannot be held responsible for stolen packages from your porch or mailroom.
